THE PALAEOLITHIC MODEL

We abandon the concept of traditional training and explore a new methodology in which the function and not the action of the muscle is trained . funzione e non l’azione del muscolo.

The Paleolithic model in which the function meant survival, this meant that the human species evolved, unfortunately up to the era of the playstation, smart TV, macrobiotics, and the Dukan diet.

Free yourself from the classic stereotypes, mass equals weight, slimming equals running, and re-evaluate the body as a tool at the service of function..

Lamarck said "the function makes the organ”. This is the true essence of training: the body withstands stress by adapting its structure and changing its shape.

And so the obese man loses weight and the frail man becomes strong and powerful.

There is no need for equipped gyms and it is no longer necessary to have large open spaces, what matters is the will to move.

THE “CORE”, CORE OF THE BODY

It is the central part of the human body made up of the abdominal, transverse, oblique and lumbar muscles. Its function is to give strength and stability to the whole body. Its reinforcement must be the basis of every workout. If there is no stability there can be no strength.

    THE SEAL (ISOMETRIC WORK)

The isometric contraction is one of the best workouts for gaining strength and volume. Apparently static because it does not change the distances between the joints, it creates a progressive shortening of the sarcomere and a consequent lengthening of the elastic component (tendons).

    ISOKINETIC CONTRACTION

Classical contraction with distance/approach of the joint heads in which the speed of the movement remains constant over time.

    VIBRATORY TRAINING

Vibration between 10 and 50 hertz creates muscle instability. The body reacts by trying to stabilize and thus activating all the synergistic muscles to obtain the stabilization itself.
